From there it's countertop, finish and details. Counter options include tile, poured concrete or slab depending on budget and look. The block face gets stucco or a stone veneer to tie into the house. Doors, drawers, side burners, sinks and fridges all get planned in before the structure goes up, not cut in afterward.
